Using our on-site lab, equipped with CAD, 3-D printing and an automated surface-mount technology line, we integrate prototyping throughout the product development process. Our goal is to make sure the design we prepare for manufacturing is refined and perfected every step of the way.
Early on, we create an initial model as concept validation. We provide our clients options and give them a sense of what their finished product will look like and how it may function. This may result in adjusting various aspects of the original vision at a point where it is cost-effective to do so.
Once the design requirements have been finalized, we marry our hardware and software capabilities to move quickly to a fully functioning prototype.
With in-house pilot run capabilities, we can provide a production representation to prove out the manufacturability and to satisfy potential regulatory compliance requirements.
